Refund policy

At Sweets Beyond Shop, we take great care in preparing and delivering our fresh desserts. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

Perishable Goods (Cream, Milk & Ice Cream Products)

All our products are freshly prepared and include perishable ingredients such as cream, milk, and ice cream.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Same-day consumption is recommended for best quality and safety.

Once an order has been delivered or collected, it is considered final unless there is a valid issue as described below.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders

We are happy to offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during delivery

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is clearly spoiled or defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup

  • Please provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Temperature & Handling Disclaimer (Ice Cream & Cream Products)

Our ice cream and cream-based products are packed carefully to maintain quality during delivery. However:

  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by:

    • Delayed receipt by the customer

    • Products left unattended after delivery

    • Improper storage after pickup or delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and store it immediately.

Delivery Partner Issues

If damage occurs due to a third-party delivery service, we will still assist you, but refunds or replacements may depend on the delivery partner’s investigation and outcome.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect an order at the agreed time

  • Orders reported outside the allowed time window
