Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes, pickup is available for selected orders. Simply choose the pickup option at checkout and you will receive a confirmation with the address and collection details once your order is ready.
Do you offer same day delivery in Adelaide?
Yes, we offer same day delivery within Adelaide through our “Same Day Delivery” category. This section includes selected in-stock items that are freshly prepared and ready to be delivered on the same day when ordered within the cutoff time.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can select from available delivery time slots during checkout. Once your order is prepared and ready, it will be scheduled within the time window you selected.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. This email includes your order number, items, and delivery details. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm it for you.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 6 to 72 hours from our kitchen in Hectorville. Delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping option, order size, and stock availability. Every order is fully tracked from our kitchen to your door.
Do you accept catering or large orders?
Yes, we accept catering and large orders for events and special occasions. To ensure availability and proper preparation, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice when placing your pre-order.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We currently offer a range of vegetarian options, and all our products are suitable for halal customers. We are also working on introducing selected gluten-free and vegan items soon as we expand our menu.
Should I keep my order in the fridge?
Yes, we recommend placing your sweets in the fridge as soon as possible after receiving your order. Keeping them chilled helps maintain the best texture, freshness, and flavour, especially for cream and pistachio-based items.
How long do the sweets stay fresh?
Our cream-based sweets are best enjoyed within one week when kept refrigerated. Cakes and products without cream or milk can stay fresh for up to two weeks. For the best quality and flavour, we recommend storing all items in the fridge.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, changes may be possible if your order has not entered preparation yet. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
